Accounts and clients

Connect each brand’s social profiles so you can publish to them and see their results.

How to

  1. Add a client for each brand you manage. Skip this if you run a single brand.
  2. Open the client and connect its accounts. You sign in on the network and approve access; SocialPulse never stores your password.
  3. Watch each account’s health: Active is fine, Expiring means reconnect soon, and Expired means posts to it will not publish until you reconnect.
  4. Disconnect an account you no longer use from its row.
