Terms of Service

Effective 11 October 2026, version 2026-10-11

On this page13 sections

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you sign up for) and Shankya AI LLP for the use of SocialPulse. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1.Accounts and eligibility

  • SocialPulse is for agencies and businesses. You must give accurate details and keep your password and two-factor codes safe.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve your account before you can use it.
  • The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and what roles they give.
  • If you manage social media for clients, you confirm you have their permission to connect their accounts and publish for them.

2.Acceptable use

You must not use SocialPulse to:

  • publish unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content, or content that impersonates someone;
  • send spam, run fake engagement, or break the rules of Meta, LinkedIn, X or any other platform you connect;
  • upload content you do not have the right to use, or other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
  • probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

3.Connected social accounts

When you connect an account you authorise us to publish and read results on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. The platforms control their own services and APIs; if they change or restrict them, some features may stop working. You can disconnect an account at any time, and we then delete its access tokens. How to delete platform data is on the data deletion page.

Your use of a connected platform through SocialPulse is also subject to that platform's own terms. In particular, when YouTube connections are available, connecting a YouTube channel means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

4.Your content

You own the content you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for what you publish, including content an AI feature helped write or create.

5.AI features

  • AI suggestions, images and plans can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before you publish.
  • Estimates in AI campaign plans are based on general benchmarks, not guarantees.
  • Label AI-generated images where the law or a platform requires it.
  • AI features have usage limits per plan and per day, shown in the app.

6.Plans and payments

  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing page and at checkout. GST: prices exclude GST; GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown before you pay, and every payment gets a GST tax invoice.
  • The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
  • A paid plan bought at checkout is a one-time payment that covers 31 days. It does not renew automatically: you choose whether to pay for another period.
  • If you set up AutoPay (a UPI or card mandate), it charges the plan price each period until you cancel it in Billing. Cancelling stops all future charges.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your card or bank details.
  • Add-ons and extra storage are priced and described where you buy them.
  • There are no setup fees or hidden charges. If we change prices, the new price applies only to purchases made after we announce it.

7.Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time in Billing. Cancelling takes effect straight away and your workspace moves to the Free plan. Refunds are explained in the Refund and cancellation policy.

8.Suspension and closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings, Privacy & data. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or does not pay for a paid plan it is using; we will warn you first unless there is a security or legal reason not to.

9.Availability and changes

We work to keep SocialPulse available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

10.Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or reputation), or for the actions of social platforms and payment providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Counsel to confirm the liability cap and add any indemnity clause]

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City], India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rights you have.

12.Changes to these terms

We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using SocialPulse after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.
