This policy explains how cancelling works and when we refund a payment. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1.How payment works
- A paid plan bought at checkout is a one-time payment for 31 days. It does not renew automatically.
- AutoPay (a UPI or card mandate) charges each period only if you set it up, and stops as soon as you cancel it in Billing.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. GST: prices exclude GST; GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown before you pay, and every payment gets a GST tax invoice.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).
2.Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time in Billing, in two clicks.
- Cancelling your plan takes effect straight away: paid features stop, any AutoPay is cancelled and the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your content stays.
- Cancelling only AutoPay stops future charges; the period you already paid for is not cut short.
- Changing to a different paid plan starts that plan straight away; the remaining days of the previous plan are not carried over.
3.When we refund
We refund the payment in full if:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged after you cancelled;
- a paid feature you bought did not work because of a fault on our side and we could not fix it within a reasonable time;
- you ask within [7] days of paying and have not used the paid features of that period;
- the law requires a refund.
Otherwise the unused part of a period is not refunded when you cancel.
4.How to ask for a refund
Email [support email address] with your workspace name and the payment date or Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.
