Getting started

SocialPulse helps you plan, create, approve and publish social media posts for one brand or for many clients, from one workspace. A good first session looks like this.

How to

  1. Connect a social account. Open Accounts, add a client if you manage more than one brand, then connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or X. You sign in on the network itself; SocialPulse never sees your password.
  2. Set up the brand. Add the brand’s logo, colours, fonts and tone of voice under Brand, so designs and AI suggestions match the brand.
  3. Write your first post. Choose New post in the sidebar, pick the accounts, write the text (or ask AI for help) and check the preview for each network.
  4. Schedule it. Pick a date and time, or use the suggested best time, and choose Schedule. The post appears on the Calendar and in the Queue.
  5. Check Home each day. Needs you lists anything that is blocked, such as posts waiting for approval or accounts to reconnect.
