Auto DM: answer comments with a private message

When someone comments a keyword on an Instagram account’s posts or Reels, they get one private message: a link, a coupon or a form.

How to

  1. Pick the Instagram account. Comment-to-DM is an add-on for each account, from the Marketplace.
  2. New rule: give it a name, the keywords people comment, how they must match, the posts it watches and the message they get. An optional opening line can be written in the brand’s voice.
  3. Check a comment in the test box to see which rule would answer it, before you switch the account on.
  4. Switch the account on. Activity shows each message sent or skipped and why; the meter shows this month’s messages against the add-on’s allowance.
